Luke's Recipes
Like all family recipes and blue ribbon winners, our pickling combinations evolved from family traditions. I developed the first batch, of both pickled scapes and garlic scape pesto, in my kitchen with the help of my family. During childhood, my parents taught us how to can and pickle the produce grown on my grandfather's farm.

Luke's Scapes are firm, crisp and most enjoyable when chilled. Luke's Pickled Scapes are a “guilt free”, no-fat snack. In addition, our customers have told us one jar is never enough. Between the snacking and their many uses in recipes, they go quickly!

Once Luke's Pickled Scapes are opened they must be refrigerated.
